The R240 was launched in 2022 as a predecessor to the R160 and after years of development with the leading equestrian experts in the UK & Ireland to provide everyone with horse boxes which are truly ‘Built Beyond’.

All of our vehicles have the latest NCAP safety rating of Bronze and come with safety for you and your horses as standard. Our horse boxes have a robust and easy to use sliding stall system, lightweight ramp for easy access and an oversized rear door for exit in an emergency. (
The R240 is considered as a normal van so there is no need for a HGV license. Driving on a standard licence it is perfect for transporting 2 horses and 3 people in the front.

100,000 mile 3 year Peugeot warranty and a comprehensive 3 year warranty on the conversion work carried out by Overlander Vehicles.

We only manufacture on brand new chassis cab vehicles. All of our horse boxes come with a 100,000 mile 3 year Peugeot base vehicle warranty and a 3 year warranty on the body conversion, for more information check out our warranty policy
